Over the summer I put out a new song called Do Something Crazy. Honestly I made the song one day while jamming with my buddy Shiben, it just kind of happened naturally. Cook then made it sound nice nice and we knew we had something. We sent it to a few friends and a week later it ended up being placed in a movie (Mike and Dave need Wedding Dates) and Madden 17. We literally had no idea. Insane how a good day of jamming can turn into something. For every good day, there are certainly twice as many days where things don't go as planned. But the good days! Well the good days are the reason we keep going back. Anyhow, enjoy the song!
hey it's been a while since i updated this website, but from now on I'm going to do a better job because I woke up drank some coffee and decided to do a better job. So let's see how it lasts.
But in the meantime, in an incredible bit of news, my song "The Boogie" was featured in the new Apple Watch commercial. Check it out and stay boogie'ing friends.
New York rapper/singer/producer Outasight brings the funk to the opener for ESPN's NBA Playoffs with his smash hit "The Boogie."
The RPM MSC signee has been known to jam (See: the swaggy track "The Wild Life"). "The Boogie" will serve as the regular broadcast opener for the NBA Playoffs and NBA Finals on ESPN/ABC comprised of heavyweight correspondences Mike Breen, Jeff Van Gundy and Mark Jackson.
This isn't the first time his work has placed on a huge platform. In 2011, Outasight's (real name Richard Andrew) platinum-selling single "Tonight is the Night" was featured in a national Pepsi campaign.
Keep your eyes and ears open for "The Boogie" as the groovy new song introducing the upcoming NBA Playoff match-ups on ESPN and ABC.
If you can't stop dancing to the song like most of us then take a look at the dance steps below and teach a friend how to Boogie! Let's make the whole world Boogie together! (Artwork by LaurenMarieC15)

This week we talk about music lists and click bait,
and give our opinions on today's music industry, from both a fan and artists' perspective. From there, I play dope indie music, and finish with some NBA talk, as Dre and I try to figure out what the hell is wrong with the Clippers and ask if anyone can stop Steph?
Every other Wednesday I release a new episode of my web series, The Backyard Hang. The Hang mixes together grilling, chilling, and live performances in a very relaxed setting. Last episode I performed my single, "The Wild Life", but here is a bonus cut of Shiben and I doing an impromptu "Tonight Is The Night". Thanks for watching and listening.
This week we talk some celebrity stories, NBA, and fantasy football and of course play great new indie music from the likes of Teammate, Anderson Paak, Rascal, and much much more. Plus now I have a fancy new cover so I can put these up on Itunes. Good times.
The Soundtrack is a weekly podcast that talks music, sports, and culture while playing the freshest new indie music.
Now available on iTunes as well!
In this episode of The Hang, I make The Big Trouble Burger and then perform an acoustic version of "The Wild Life".
The burger came out really good. The tomatoes were sweet and rich, and the jalapenos were really hot. The only thing I would have changed is adding more cheese in the middle. With cheese, always more is a good idea, lol. You want that middle gooey!
Thanks for watching!
